How do you say hello where you’re from? “Hey, y’all.” What is your Starbucks order? Soy latte. What are you wearing right now? A relaxed pair of skinny jeans from Sandro, Isabel Marant booties, a Rag & Bone top, and a men’s bomber jacket. What are the three items you always keep in your purse? Phone, headphones, lip balm.

I don’t remember anything sexy about wedgies. Do you?

The third person is how you indicate that the topic is not open for debate. You are speaking about facts that just so happen to include you.

The Japs speak this way most of  the time...and RM speaks to JG in that manner all the time.....

speaking in the third person means:

If you ever go to the Roman Coliseum.. or already have been , think about this!! the Roman Coliseum, probably the most visited tourist site in Rome outside of the Vatican,  was built by 20,000 Jewish slaves brought back after the Romans destroyed Jerusalem and the Second Temple. ...but us JEWS we are still around and prospering, despite all in the past and present who are intent on destroying us and wiping us from this universe!!!! it will not happen...never...no....!!!!!

Some norms:
Don’t smoke.  Smoking is no longer considered glamorous–that is soooo
démodé !!!and so unhealthy, it will kill you!!!!and stay away from second hand smoke for it is worse than smoking itself!!!

Speaking of coffee, you must drink  Macchiatos.  Glamorous people do not drink coffee with milk and sugar!!!Really(smiles)

Drink a ton oEvian water in a crystal bottle and crystal glass

  Sugar is evil.

There is a lot of confusion about what a macchiato actually is, but that is because there is actually two types of a macchiato.

What most people think of when they think of macchiato is a caramel macchiato. However, a caramel macchiato is not the original macchiato.

Macchiato is Italian for marked with.
A traditional cafe macchiato is espresso "marked with" foam.

The drink is served in a small cup around 2 oz.
The temperature of the drink is a bit cooler than a cappuccino.
The milk helps cut the power of the shot just a little bit for a small but powerful drink.

Miuccia Prada totally intrigues me. She has such an amazing eye and follows her own path when it comes to designing clothes. She knows how to surprise us and makes me look at clothes from a different perspective.

Shiksa (YiddishשיקסעPolish: siksa) or shikse, is a Yiddish and Polish word that has moved into English usage, mostly in North American Jewish culture, as a term for a non-Jewish woman, initially pejorative but now often used satirically. Shiksa usually refers to an attractive gentilewoman or girl who might be a temptation to Jewish men or boys, e.g., for dating, intermarriage, etc. Among orthodox Jews, the term may be used to describe young Jewish women who fail to follow orthodox religious precepts. The equivalent term for a non-Jewish male is shegetz.
In South America (ArgentinaBrazilUruguay), the term "shiksa" is used by both Ashkenazi and Sephardic Jews to indicate a housekeeper or maid and not simply a non-Jewish female

Cartier revealed its new fragrance for women called La Panthère. A true focus in the Brand DNA and main symbol. As usual every single detail is taken care of, and the final result is a very sophisticated yet modern fragrance, created by Mathilde Laurent, in-house Perfumer. They had the Panther out!

'Dior and I' - Tribeca Film Festival - Trailer

He's widely known to be one of the most reserved people in the fashion industry, despite being at the helm at one of the most visible fashion brands in the world. But creative director Raf Simons has let his guard down for a new documentary, Dior and I, released at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York on April 17.

Amadeo ModiglianiSelf-portrait, 1919. “Modigliani should have been the father of a family. He was kind, constant, correct, and considerate: a bourgeois Jew.” Yes a Jew..I bet you did not know that.I rest my case.

A little take on Japan

Language reflects the character of the people who use it, and this is definitely true of Japanese. One of the first bits of Japanese grammar students of the language learn is the verb ending ~masho, which corresponds to "let's...," as in 食べましょう tabemasho ("let's eat"), or 行きましょう ikimasho ("let's go") or タバコをやめましょう
tabako wo yamemasho ("let's not smoke"). In situations where verbal or written warnings would be worded in a command form in English (e.g. do not smoke, do not ride on the escalator backwards), it's common for Japanese to express the same message with this softer "let's..." verb form, essentially placing a social expectation on individuals that they'll alter thei r behavior for the good of the larger group. Some examples of this might include, "let's put our telephones into vibration mode when riding on the train" (maanaa modo ni shimasho)

a little take on Beauty

If you have good genes you will age nicer than most but sooner or later you will need the
scalpel....and even though many mere mortals and celebs try to deny it....the obvious is hard
to ignore, case and point, Christie Brinkley. And her fountain of youth is: Dr Norman Rowe.

the secret to a great plastic surgeon is one who is not only a master with the scalpel but who also has an excellent eye… a great observer.
The best surgeon will not only combine the skill of an artist but also show superb technical expertise. A plastic surgeon too often can focus on the technical and loose the nuances that make each face unique

and Christie's daughter, Alexa Ray also got in the act and had her own retouches done.....

When it comes to selfies, we all know the most popular in history so far goes to Ellen Degeneres' with her epic Oscar group selfie, featuring every big name in Hollywood in 2014. Now, however, we have Gwyneth Paltrow spinning off with some big names of her own in quite the power women selfie. Paltrow shared this group shot on Instagram last night. The shot features Paltrow with Stella McCartney, Chelsea Handler, Naomi Watts, Nicole Richie, Gwen Stefani and Sam Taylor Wood. Yeah, you get what we're laying down...totes amaze.

It's all just girls having fun, right? Quite the amazing friendship circle Gwyneth Paltrow has. Good to see their all coming out to help with her unconscious uncoupling.

Great to celebrate the last day of Pesach with some holy graffiti from our Jewish friends in Caracas, Venezuela.

For those of us who are Jews, we are at the tale end of Passover. This is the holiday where we don’t eat any leavened bread for eight days. That means no baguettes, no sour dough, no croissant, no cake, no donuts, and no bagels! But we do get to eat lots and lots of matzah.

Wishing you Chag Sameach!
