Happy Birthday Mr. Valentino. In honor of Mr. Valentino’s birthday on 11th May, lets look back at his creation on Sheikha Mozah. Sheikha Mozah loves Valentino without a doubt, she loved it so much she decided to buy the company, how sharp ís that?! She wore many pieces from his collections, here all these three pieces are from his last collection as the Creative director of Valentino. Two tailored couture suit and one floral gown from Spring 2008 collection. For sure we will see her wearing more Valentino in the future, after all she owns it.

Certaines filles se trouvent tellement sublimes qu’elles arrivent à convaincre tout le monde autour d’elles qu’elles le sont. JG appelle ça le complexe de Gisèle Bundchen (pas que Gisèle ait ce complexe, mais ces filles-là croient qu’elles sont Gisèle Bundchen) . 

Je pense que la vie est vachement plus sympa quand on se trouve sublime. 
Vivons comme si nous étions sublimes.

Some girls think they are so sublime that they end up convincing everyone around them that they are. JG calls that the Gisele Bündchen Complex (Not that Gisele has that complex, but just that the girls think they are Gisele Bündchen). 
I think life is so much nicer when you think you’re sublime.

So everyone knows that Gabrielle Chanel purported the whole "A woman shouldn't smell like flowers, she should smell like a woman" thing to sell/describe Chanel No 5. Okay.

I think that Chanel 31 is the No 5 for the 21st century. Truthfully the whole perfume is so well blended and so stylized that it's hard to exactly tell what I'm smelling, but to me it smells like class and a million bucks. And it just SMELLS SO BEAUTIFUL!!!

Matryoshka’s wouldn’t you agree that part of the reason behind why street style images attract our attention is that they not only capture the wearer’s fashion ,(+ inspires us to be more fashionably unique ) but they also capture visually attractive scenery in foreign places. The girl in red’s own style is enhanced by Moscow’s enriched setting, with it’s cobblestone walkways and the beauty of St.Basil’s Cathedral. I think the rest of these images portray the girl in red’s story.. where she’s enjoying the last remainder of the summer in style.

( I do like this look, from her omber hair to her simple accessories. Stunning, yet remains so casual.)

Who Wore It Better? If you have been Following my blog from the start, then you are familiar with Sylvia Bongo Ondimba Already by now (First Lady of Gabon).

Once again, Sheikha Mozah and Sylvia both had the same Valentino couture dress from the Fall 2011 collection. As you can see, Sylvia keep the runway but color her dress is only knee length. Sheikha Mozah changed the color to blue and more fitted to her body such as the arms.

Also you may remember, I have posted Princess Marie-Chantal of Greece in the same dress in white at the Princess Madeleine's wedding in 2013. In conclusion, this dress was ordered by three clients, Although each lady had it in Their Own preference.

TO SMILE... OR NOT ?

Why do we touch our mezuzahs and then kiss our fingers as we walk through a doorway?

On one level, it’s to help us remember the basic commandment, “You shall love the L-rd your G-d with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your might.”

These words from the Torah are written on mezuzah scrolls, and we are commanded to place them on the doorposts of our homes and “upon our gates.”

So we touch the mezuzah and kiss our fingers as a token of love and respect toward G-d, sending our holy energy toward its Source.

I love her dress....and no she did not invite me to her wedding....remember every wedding I have attended has ended in divorce....and the most elaborate weddings the ones where tons of money was spent ended in quicker divorces....so no do not invite JG if you want to stay married(smiles)
