I believe this is again , one of my better posts, the music list is one of the better ones too.....while on the subject of music - several followers of the tidbits asked me? sometimes you play lots of upbeat music , sometimes sad music. And I say: The music I play does not send a message whether I am happy or sad......I play music that I like to listen to. I am always happy, very positive. I do not send messages to anyone with the music those who are loved and appreciated by me know it....and those that I do not like, simply get silence and are ignored as they should be. As I have said many times, the most expensive creams are useless if there is not a good base behind
caring for the skin. What are the main enemies of beauty? What are those mistakes that can ruin everything we have built in the past? What are these little oversights that we will haynt you in the long run?

1. Lack of sleep

The theme of sleep is difficult because it depends on the person. But over the years, we all know

how we like to sleep and when you have not slept well.

It is not just about sleeping the proper hours, since there are people that eight hours of sleep is too
much, while others like to sleep nine hours, and others can get by with six or seven hours of sleep.
The most important thing is that you sleep is deep and restful.

2. inadequate cleaning routines

Most of my life I have coincided with female models and I am terrified as how some of them care for their skin.

Most of the female modelsuse Cleansing wipes. For me, the Cleansing wipes are the biggest scam in the history of cosmetics, a completely unnecessary product is useless.

The only face wash anyone should ever use is cetaphil. It doesn't have all that unnecessary ingredients in it. Its a basic, all you need cleanser.

3. Alcohol

The consumption of alcoholic beverages has a direct relationship with the major problems that
mar our face: nose, dark circles, acne and premature aging. This is scientifically proven and
admits discussions. These are the aesthetic consequences of drinking alcohol:

4. Too much sun

I have nothing against the sun and I'm not one to go out in winter with a cream with SPF 50. I believe that sunscreen is highly overrated, but it's a personal opinion. That does not mean you
take my hands to the head when I see things that many women do to get a little more color.
Obviously, the sun favors. The tan sit well with everyone. But the blackened dark ages, gets up
and hardens years expression. We must work hard before, during and after sun exposure to
get a nice color.

5. Bad eating habits

I see how little many young girls are careful and I did not believe it. I see them going to the beach in the morning without breakfast, eat first thing they find in the refrigerator and then a pizza dinner at five in the morning. I see like never drink juice, milk or water between meals. Only drink alcohol or a glass of water during meals. As for fruit, a plate of watermelon are prepared in the afternoon, just because it's hot, because the rest of the year, the fruit is absent. Never consume olive oil "because fat" and when I say that I take avocados and bananas every day tell me how it can be, with the calories they have.
