This observation might not be understood by many but it makes sense....here are my thoughts:
I have mentioned this about MB....if someone dropped you off in MB and did not tell you where you were you would think you are not in USA.....Spanish dominates this city....and yes, English and Creole were the other languages up to the last two years but now-specially around Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles and Aventura....the domination of Spanish is there but now  Brasilian Portugese and Russian are very present.
My favorite place in MB is  the Bal Harbour Shops and you cannot go more than a minute without hearing Brasilian Portugese and Russian....and again, here too, Spanish dominates....so, I rest my case

If you've ever spoken with a Japanese person at length, you may have noticed them making strange "agreeing noises" while you were talking. It's an interesting aspect of the Japanese language called aizuchi, basically verbal sounds that a person will make to show they're listening attentively and affirming their agreement with what the other person is saying. In Japanese, I could be explaining something that happened to me, and the person I'm speaking to would say things like eeh (yes), mah (well), so (that's true), and ne (a general word of agreement). It sounds quite strange to native English speakers, but in Japanese these words are necessary for communication to flow smoothly, and if you don't make them properly the other person is likely to stop and ask you what's wrong.

Venezuelans will tell you that one advantage they have in the beauty game is their exotic mixture of
 people and races. The country boasts Mediterranean, northern European, African and indigenous 
bloodlines.

Apart from that as Sousa likes to say, "God created these beautiful women -- 
but he also created plastic surgeons." Sousa is very open about the fact that women
 who train at his school get plastic surgery.

Dr. Petr Romer is the official plastic surgeon to the Miss Venezuela Pageant and -- not surprisingly -- 
one of the most popular plastic surgeons in Caracas. Romer said he did some discreet nips, 
tucks and lifts on about half of the 20 Miss Venezuela finalists, including five nose jobs, 
six breast implants and three liposuctions.

2008 Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza sculpted her way to her title last year. 
It has been reported that Miss Mendoza had the tip of her nose reshaped, implants
 and liposuction to remove fat around her knees.

Each year hundreds of women flock to his boot camp in the hopes of being the next 
Miss Venezuela. Sousa and his team of personal trainers, dental surgeons, and plastic surgeons
 put the women through a grueling three to six month program to make them into a Barbie doll.

Even though we all not for plastic surgery ,I think these women should inspire us to take care 
of ourselves . It is also possible to look beautiful without any surgery all you need
 to do is take care of your skin, exercise, eat healthy and groom yourself whenever you can, 
its important to go for regular facials, manis and pedis, and hair treatments too, 
and the great thing is you can do it yourself.

The most common procedures he performs on contestants are breast augmentation, nose jobs and liposuction.
