Winter in Miami means something different than everywhere else. A “temperature drop” is really a light breeze. “Bundling up” means putting a T-shirt over your bathing suit. Instead of building snowmen and going ice skating, we have boat shows, outdoor art and food festivals, carnivals, and other things you can do when your “winter” hits a staggering low of… 75 degrees.

Yesterday morning I was driven to the St Regis Bal Harbour where I started my daily walk and finished it at one of my favorite places.....the News Cafe in South Beach....it was a great walk and on my walk I passed some latina women celebs doing their own walking....walking here is different from BH but the visuals are so gorgeous here too............

VSFS 2018 was filled with wannabe Adriana Limas, swearing that pointing into the crowd as they walk down the glitter runway works for them. It doesn’t. It’s great that these models landed a highly coveted spot to walk the show, but are they more than another newbie ‘pink’ model if they are only here to attempt to emulate an icon?
