Rodeo Drive
Rodeo Drive is one of L.A.’s most iconic streets, both in real life and pop culture (who doesn’t dream of recreating the Pretty Woman scene?). This two-mile road through Beverly Hills is packed with luxury shops and exclusive restaurants, all of which are normally complimented by a parade of flashy sports cars valeting out front.







The 110 and 10 Freeways
Even in the middle of the night, it would be rare to find Los Angeles’ network of freeways as eerily empty as they are now—especially at this junction just southeast of Downtown. Now, the few drivers on the road can go full speed across the sprawling city.



Los Angeles County Museum of Art(LACMA)
Outside the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the public Urban Lights installation is known for drawing tourists, photographers, and aspiring models throughout the day and night. Usually, these camera-toting visitors struggle to snap a photo without any other bystanders in their frame.


Venice Beach
Like Italy’s Venice, the usually bustling neighborhood of Venice Beach is vacant these days. Gone are the street performers, the sidewalk vendors, and the throngs of locals normally exercising along the beachfront bike path.



The Grove
Though The Grove is technically an outdoor shopping mall, it represents much more than that to the local Fairfax neighborhood and visitors alike. Typically, the site is buzzing with foot traffic, as crowds flock for the movie theater, historic farmer’s market, and interactive experiences that take place. During the shelter-in-place order, a guard blocks the entrance.

A) Perio probe indicates excessive pocket depth.
B) Laser light kills bacteria and diseased tissue.
C) Ultrasonic scaler and special hand instruments are used to remove root tarter.
D) Laser finishes cleaning and sterilizing pocket which aids in sealing the pocket closed so new germs cannot enter.
E) Reattachment of connective tissue to the clean root surface, with a stable fibrin clot and gingival crest to create "a closed system."(for gums)(no germs come in and it closes it forever)
F) Bite trauma is adjusted.
G) New attachment is regenerated. New bone and new ligament is formed and healing occurs.
