Today morning I was driven to the St Regis Bal Harbour where I started my daily walk and finished it at one of my favorite places.....the News Cafe in South Beach....it was a great walk and on my walk I passed some latina women celebs doing their own walking....walking here is different from BH but the visuals are so gorgeous here too............

I had a request from Juan-les-Pins to post this again

Every morning I do an 8-minutes mouthwash with extra-virgin coconut oil.
It is addictive. My dentist is in shock. I never have any work to be done on my teeth and it gives me a more brighter smile-and not talking for eight minutes gives me time to meditate on my day.

and yes, I do have to admit that Willi Geller did my teeth but nevertheless the mouthwash is really great.
