My phrase..."If any Tom, Dick or Harry can have it I don't want it"

The phrase most commonly occurs as "every Tom, Dick, and Harry", meaning

everyone, and "any Tom, Dick, or Harry", meaning anyone, although Brewer's

Dictionary of Phrase and Fable defines the term to specify "a set of nobodies; persons of no note".

A normal day at Bal Harbour Shops 🌴

Most of the things we worry about in life are insignificant. Most of the significance

things we worry about never happen. Most of them we can’t  control anyway. It’s

G-d’s way of showing us who is really in charge. So focus on being the best version of

yourself. Be a shining example for others to follow.  Do your best.  Act kindly.

Be humble.  Try your hardest.  And leave everything else up to G-d. Trust your journey

Can you find beauty in darkness? 🌗

❝ WHEN WE LOOK INTO A MIRROR WE THINK THE IMAGE THAT CONFRONTS US IS ACCURATE. BUT MOVE A MILLIMETER AND THE IMAGE CHANGES. WE ARE ACTUALLY LOOKING AT A NEVER-ENDING RANGE OF REFLECTIONS.

She Walks In Beauty by Lord Byron

She walks in beauty, like the night

Of cloudless climes and starry skies;

And all that’s best of dark and bright

Meet in her aspect and her eyes;

Thus mellowed to that tender light

Which heaven to gaudy day denies.

Have you spent an evening under the beautiful Bal Harbour Shops palms? 🌴

Se os Franceses têm Cap Ferrat e os Italianos, Positano, os Americanos podem sem dúvida contar com Palm Beach. Localizada a menos de uma hora de carro de Miami Beach, a cidade é ótima opção para quem busca praias mais tranquilas, alta-gastronomia e comprinhas longe das multidões.

If the French have Cap Ferrat and the Italians, Positano, the Americans can no doubt count on Palm Beach. Located less than an hour's drive from Miami Beach, the city is a great choice for those seeking quieter beaches, fine dining and shopping, away from the crowds.

Instead of Pumpkins I prefer Hermès gifts in orange boxes for Halloween

Una amiga de Puerto Rico siempre repite una frase muy usada en Puerto Rico "No puedes estar con Dios y con el Diablo"....literally this is a translation.
"No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other.

Today I saw somebody
Who looked just like you
He walked like you do
I thought it was you
As he turned the corner
I called out your name
I felt so ashamed
When it wasn't you
Wasn't you

You are everything
And everything is you
Oh, you are everything
And everything is you
'Cause you are everything
And everything is you

Been there done that

Fitness is not a destination; it's a journey, and it's a process. Its constantly evolving and not as something with which you can just be finished.
