I am often asked why many times in this blog I write and express myself in different languages...for one is because I can(smiles) but here is one other reason. Some things could only be written or expressed in a foreign language; they are not lost in translation, but conceived by it. After all, a foreign language is like art—an alternative reality, a potential world. Once it is discovered, one can no longer go back to monolinguistic existence.

anyuta is a funny girl. She’s probably my favorite transformation. In her comments, she writes things like, “If you don’t like my photos, go and cry in front of a mirror at how ugly you are instead” – major B.... Really, anyuta? You’d think an ugly chick turned pretty would be a double win, cause she’d have the looks and the personality. Nope, not the case. They get really weird and hate everybody. The ugly girl complex doesn’t go anywhere. You’re pretty now, Anyuta, so stop it.
It sounds kinda sexual, but it’s actually a beauty term. Apparently, contouring is not cool anymore. It is replaced with a new, more natural looking technique called strobing.

They are so cool thanks to the round and big lens and thanks to the rococo curl that creates a harmonious discontinuity in the curved arm. Innovative in their originality, eccentric in their design, antithetical in their name, they are also chic.

One thing I like about the Japanese is how creative they are with the English language
There's a grand tradition of twisting the grammar of English to make new words,
called 和製英語 wasei eigo or "made in Japan English," and some examples include
"all nighter" (a baseball game at night), "career up" (getting a promotion at work) or
"mayoler" (someone who loves mayonnaise). The Japanese also love to take English suffixes
like the tic ending in words like "dramatic" and mix them with Japanese in whimsical ways,
