One theme I write a lot about is how there's exactly one "correct" way to do things in Japan -- a correct way for students to sit at their desk while in school, a specific stroke order that every kanji character must be written in, and so on. There's even exactly one "correct" way to hold chopsticks
 A symbol of the Japanese approach to how to do things can be seen in the marks they make on paper when counting objects. While most Westerners count by drawing sets of five "chicken scratch" lines, the Japanese draw the five-stroke character for honesty and correctness, which is 正 tadashii.

I had a request from Juan-les-Pins to post this again

Every morning I do an 8-minutes mouthwash with extra-virgin coconut oil.
It is addictive. My dentist is in shock. I never have any work to be done on my teeth and it gives me a more brighter smile-and not talking for eight minutes gives me time to meditate on my day.

and yes, I do have to admit that Willi Geller did my teeth but nevertheless the mouthwash is really great.

and do not fear the long canula he is holding....Dr Toledo invented a technique for liposuction that can remove all of the fat....all lipos leave ten percent of fat in the dermis and only he, Dr Luiz Toledo can remove it all....he also has tiny tiny canulas to remove all those stubborn little pockets of fat.

Regina Spektor is a Russian-born American singer-songwriter and pianist. She was born in Moscow and began classical training on the piano at the age of six. When she was nine years old, her family emigrated from the Soviet Union to the United States, where she continued her classical training into her teenage years; she began to write original songs shortly thereafter.
