If you know me and if you follow this blog you know that I am always touting Bal Harbour Shops and its surroundings...

About ten miles north of busy South Beach are the small towns of Bal Harbour and Surfside.  Bal Harbour is known for its luxurious shopping and exquisite dining while Surfside is more casual and family-friendly.  These oceanfront towns have a strong sense of community. Vintage homes and oceanfront condos are mixed together in a tranquil neighborhood setting with plenty of entertainment options in town.

Even the parking lot is a showroom.

Though Surfside may seem so casual, residents still live in luxury.

and for Shabbat and any other day I never miss coming to my favorite Kosher Bakery

I am convinced i was one of the first to have bought ready-to-wear at the flagship store in Paris.

I prefer women with natural breasts but nowadays that is such a rarity and yes,

being a sort of connoisseur of breast implants i get asked many questions on

breast implants so here are some references and pics.................

The lower the projection the wider the implant (I believe), and this is why some implants may look ‘stuck-on’. But a good friend of mine has larger high profile implants and she looks amazing, it’s honestly how you wear them also and your desired look! These profiles play an important part in how natural you look as well as the size chosen.

The implant can be positioned in 3 different positions, which are sub glandular (above the muscle), sub muscular (beneath the muscle) and dual-plane (part under and part over the muscle). They can be inserted via 3 different ways which I believe are transixialry, through the armpit or through the areolas.

There are also new implants you lovely ladies may want to look into such as the B-lites and Motiva implants. The B-lite implants are super light, meaning that over time they won’t really ‘sag’ as much as the typical silicone implant, however they do not feel as soft as silicone so for this reason I opted not to choose them. With these implants, I think risks of rupture and rotation are super low. I don’t know much with regards to Motiva implants, but you have the anatomical shape.

And  here is where i refer friends or acquaintances for their

breast implants....

When women refer to their breast implants as these are my Hidalgos...it means you are a great M.D. a great sculptor of breasts and David A. Hidalgo MD is an artist.....

And when you are referred to as Boob G-d than not much more needs to be said....
