So if I kiss you and you have germs(smiles) this procedure I had done will block them(smiles) but it also blocks food bacteria.....

Someone asked me about this treatment I had done many years ago in Orange County(Newport Beach)
so here it is:

Therapeutic Treatment Procedure(TTP)

A) Perio probe indicates excessive pocket depth.

B) Laser light kills bacteria and diseased tissue.

C) Ultrasonic scaler and special hand instruments are used to remove root tarter.

D) Laser finishes cleaning and sterilizing pocket which aids in sealing the pocket closed so new germs cannot enter.

E) Reattachment of connective tissue to the clean root surface, with a stable fibrin clot and gingival crest to create "a closed system."(for gums)(no germs come in and it closes it forever)

F) Bite trauma is adjusted.

G) New attachment is regenerated. New bone and new ligament is formed and healing occurs.

I like the idea of helping my skin from the inside out. Going to give them a test drive.

2. Faena, lo nuevo en Miami Beach

Es quizá el proyecto más ambicioso del nuevo Miami. El Faena Arts District, en Miami Beach,

3. Un 'downtown' lleno de sorpresas

El centro de Miami hoy pide la palabra a Miami Beach, la glamurosa isla al otro lado de la Bahía Vizcaína. Barrios como Brickell, Wynwood y el Design District ofician como los nuevos oráculos viajeros.

4. Un mamut frente a la playa

No se conoce Miami sin visitar algunos de sus hoteles. Esconden algunos de los restaurantes más de moda (Tatel en The Ritz-Carlton), las terrazas más glamurosas (Cecconi's en el Soho House) ,

5. Un museo de éxito en Instagram

El Bass Museum reabrió sus puertas el 29 de octubre tras dos años de reformas. El que fuera el primer museo de arte del sur de Florida lleva el nombre de los coleccionistas que en 1964 donaron todas sus obras al museo.

6. Nuevo art decó

Miami Beach atesora una colección de más de 800 edificios art decó, el barrio de este estilo más extenso del mundo. Casi todos son hoteles que desde los años 70, cuando se fundó la Miami Beach Preservation League, se han ido recuperando. En la imagen, el nuevo Iberostar Berkeley, inaugurado el pasado mes de octubre en uno de estos edificios históricos tras una cuidada restauración.

7. Cocina fusión

En vistas, pocos ganan a Juvia, en Miami Beach. Desde su espectacular terraza se vislumbra gran parte de la ciudad. La cocina de fusión asiática no es menos sorprendente. Tampoco la cuenta... Tres recomendaciones más: Cantina La Veinte, el mexicano en el barrio de Brickell; CVI.CHE 105, con deliciosos ceviches y causas (en la imagen) peruanos en el downtown; y el BLT Steak, un steakhouse americano con las mejores carnes.

8. Los apartamentos más caros de la historia

One Thousand Museum se llama el edificio en construcción en el centro de Miami diseñado por la fallecida Zaha Hadid. Sus 62 pisos y 83 apartamentos contarán con un centro acuático, spa y gimnasio, galerías de arte, teatro privado y un helipuerto en la azotea. Uno de los apartamentos se vendió este otoño por 6,8 millones de dólares. Está previsto que el edificio esté listo dentro de un año.

9. Dos parkings asombrosos (y verticales)

¿Qué puede tener un parking de especial? La respuesta tiene dos partes en esta ciudad americana. Una en 1111 Lincoln Road, un espacio para aparcar envuelto en restaurantes, tiendas y espacios para eventos que lleva la firma de Herzog & de Meuron. Otro, nuevo (en la foto a la derecha), de OMA, el estudio de Koolhaas, con elevadores para mover los vehículos. Ambos, espectaculares y fundamentales para amantes de la arquitectura

10. Un acuario de última generación

El deslumbrante Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science se inauguró en mayo en el Museum Park. Es un museo de ciencia avanzada que incluye un acuario, un planetario y exhibiciones de naturaleza, que en este rincón del mundo es más que exuberante. No olvidemos que Miami es la única ciudad en EEUU rodeada de dos parques nacionales, el Biscayne y el Everglades. El edificio del arquitecto británico Nicholas Grimshaw es una maravilla.

11. Un centro financiero de moda

Al otro lado del río Miami se levanta el 'Manhattan del sur' o Brickell, el centro financiero. Pero al contrario que en otras ciudades americanas donde solo hay rascacielos de oficinas, Brickell está en la picota por su escena culinaria (un ejemplo es Bazaar Mar, del chef español José Andrés); los hoteles cinco estrellas que la pueblan (como el EAST); y nuevos centros comerciales como Brickell City Centre, un impresionante mall de lujo abierto este mismo año.

13. Torres con vistas

Este moderno edificio curvilíneo de apartamentos está en primera línea de playa. Es obra del premio Pritzker Norman Foster ,y según la prensa local, cuenta con ilustres vecinos como el poderoso galerista Larry Gagosian o el presidente de Goldman Sachs, LLoyd Blankfein. Un ejemplo de que todavía hay mucho por construir en Miami Beach, incluso frente al mar.
