Good morning, dear reader! I apologize for interrupting your early morning Vinyāsa routine, or disturbing your weekly excursion around the Muir Woods Loop or your fancy stay in the Côte d'Azur . I’ll soon leave you to continue perusing your local farmers’ market, or catching up on Big Little Lies whilst drafting well-reasoned letters to The Economist. But I simply couldn’t live if I did not direct your attention to the tidbits.

On Friday RG and I walked in Mount Hollywood....going up all the way to the peak and the walk down was fast yes, we felt the burn.....what a way to start a day.............
Reach the summit of Mount Hollywood, 1.6 miles from Griffith Observatory and 2.4 miles from Western Canyon. Pass hitching posts for horses and walk into a viewing area on the summit where you can take in the sights. Look down the ridge to the south over Griffith Observatory toward the city of Los Angeles. On a clear day, you’ll see the coast to the west, along with rows of ridges in the Santa Monica Mountains.
