In NYC I saw an Italian editor wearing exaggerated wide-leg black leather pants. They were up-to-the-knee in salt stains. She looked tragically fabulous; it was dolce vita vs. winter and as far as I was concerned, the score was tied. It’s no coincidence, then, that Bally would proffer these wide-leg crocodile pants for Fall 15. Just picture this outfit in one corner, a snow plow in the other and ring the bell. It’s on!

I have mentioned this in the past...if I refer to you in this blog by your initials, as royalty, as san or chan after your name than you are special to me.....having said that...here is something that only the aforementioned people would have heard or understood...and by the way I am thinking of getting a copyright....here is what I mean..." Three words that clink and fit perfectly together

On all kinds of levels from the trivial to the significant ,CHINA is positioning itself to outstrip everyone regionally and globally!!!!!

It was actually famous fashion designer Coco Chanel who first uttered this sentiment: “Nature gives you the face you have at 20. Life shapes the face you have at 30. But at 50 you get the face you deserve.” The idea here is that you’ve lived your life in a way that’s affected your appearance. You made your choices, both good and bad, so you deserve the consequences, right? Well, perhaps.

BUENO, BONITO Y BARATO es un concepto que en Miami Beach, Mexico y muchos paises latinos se escucha mucho.....es posible? o prefieres algo que cueste mas y aguante el tiempo....that stands the test of time...get it........el concepto no es solo para comprar pero para todo lo que aplica en la vida.....los italianos dirían non esiste!......a mi opinion -lo bueno. lo bello , cuesta mucho....debe de costar si no- no vale la pena.

I’m in love with words.

I’m in love with the way I can take these emotions - these intangible things - and put them down on paper. And after the initial feelings fade, I can go back years and years later and feel the same emotions again just by reading the words I once wrote.

But the one thing I love more than words are the moments that cannot be put down on paper. Moments so special that there are no words to describe them.

One of the more enjoyable aspects of learning a foreign language like Japanese is what I call the "joy of enlightenment," when you're able to work out a puzzling linguistic problem, correctly write a difficult kanji or comprehend something for the first time. I've experienced this many times  as a learner of Japanese, the first time I heard dare da! dare da! dare da! in the classic Science Ninja Team Gatchaman opening song and understood what they were saying, "Who is it? Who is it? Who is it?" I knew I had arrived in proficiency!!!

Sheikha Mozah was looking spectacular in custom-made grey couture gown from J.Mendel. The sample piece was presented in Spring 2011 Ready-to-Wear collection, however Sheikha Mozah’s version was “upgraded” from the runway piece. She added the dramatic ruffled train and the fitting was fantastic. She accessorized with the iconic Cartier diamond snake necklace and grey clutch. This look was chic and glamorous, cant get enough of this. 

Sheikha Mozah was looking so fabulous in this custom-made white coat from Giambattista Valli.
